DIS+ Social Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to DIS+ Social, a social network designed to promote inclusive digitalization while offering specific benefits to members of the DIS+ App professional network. This platform aims to facilitate access to visibility and marketing services, while enabling its users to interact, share and buy products on an integrated marketplace.
These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of DIS+ Social and its functionalities. By accessing the platform, you accept these conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept them, you must immediately stop using DIS+ Social. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by DIS+ Social, without prior notice, and users are advised to consult them regularly.
2. Purpose of the DIS+ Social platform
2.1. Available features
DIS+ Social offers two levels of use depending on the user's status:
- Non-professional users: They can register for free, access various content (articles, videos, publications), comment on posts, share content, buy products via the marketplace, join community groups, but cannot publish content.
- Professional members of the DIS+ App network: These DIS+ cardholders can publish promotional content on their pages and profiles, access additional features to promote their activities, and use the marketplace to publish their products or services.
DIS+ Social encourages an inclusive digitalization where users, although differentiated according to their status, can interact in a secure, moderated space focused on respect for social norms.
2.2. Inclusive digitalization
The concept of inclusive digitalization is at the heart of DIS+ Social's mission. The platform seeks to provide a space where everyone can participate in the digital economy, whatever their professional status. By offering specific services to professionals while enabling active participation by non-professional users, DIS+ Social positions itself as a unique social network, both inclusive and structured.
3. Registration and access to the platform
3.1 Creating an account
To access DIS+ Social, each user must register by providing truthful and up-to-date personal information. The registration process includes the creation of a username and password that will allow access to the personal account.
- Required information: When registering, users must provide personal data such as name, e-mail address, and additional information depending on the user's status (professional or non-professional).
- Accuracy of information: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. In the event of a false declaration, DIS+ Social reserves the right to suspend or delete the account concerned.
3.2 Account management
Each user is authorized to create and use a single personal account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts or to impersonate others is prohibited. Professional users, members of the DIS+ App network, may be granted additional features depending on their level of DIS+ App membership.
Users undertake to maintain the confidentiality of their login details and not to share them with third parties. Any activity on the user's account is the user's responsibility.
4. User rights and responsibilities
4.1. Content published on the platform
DIS+ Social allows its professional members to publish promotional content on the platform, including articles, videos, advertisements and service offers. However, all published content must comply with the following rules:
- Compliance with applicable laws: Publications must not violate local, national or international laws.
- Compliance with community standards: No content that is offensive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or incites violence will be tolerated.
- Prohibition of fraudulent or misleading content: All advertising content must be truthful and not mislead users.
DIS+ Social reserves the right to delete any content that is inappropriate or does not comply with the rules, without prior notice.
4.2 User responsibility
Users, whether professional or non-professional, are entirely responsible for the content they publish or share on the platform. In the event of non-compliance with these GTC, DIS+ Social may take disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
4.3. Prohibited activities
DIS+ Social users agree not to :
- Publish illegal or inappropriate content (hate speech, racism, defamation, etc.).
- Use the platform to promote fraudulent or unethical activities.
- Send spam, solicit other members in an abusive manner, or distribute unsolicited advertising.
- Impersonate another user or create false accounts.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of the user account, without prior notice.
5. Moderation and monitoring of the platform
5.1. Digitizing agents
DIS+ Social employs digitalization agents to monitor and moderate activity on the platform. These agents are responsible for :
- Check published content to ensure it complies with community standards.
- Manage conflicts between users and intervene in the event of abusive or inappropriate behavior.
- Supervise marketplace transactions and ensure compliance of products and services sold.
The digitization agents also have the power to temporarily or permanently block a user account in the event of non-compliance with these GTU.
5.2. Reporting and sanctions
Users can report any inappropriate behavior or suspicious content by using the reporting functions integrated into the platform. Reports will be processed by the digitization agents, who reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal of content or suspension of the account concerned.
DIS+ Social also reserves the right to restrict access to certain features or prohibit the use of the platform by any user who violates the terms of use.
6. Personal data protection
DIS+ Social is committed to complying with personal data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users residing in the European Union. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed with respect for users' privacy.
6.1. Data collection
DIS+ Social collects personal data in connection with the registration and use of its services, including :
- Identification data: Last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, platform browsing history.
- Usage data: publications, interactions with other users, marketplace purchases, e-wallet transactions.

8. Responsibility of users and DIS+ Social
8.1. User responsibility
By using DIS+ Social, users agree to :

- Not to publish content that is illicit, abusive, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the platform in compliance with the community standards defined by DIS+ Social.
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activities.

8.2. Limitation of DIS+ Social's liability
DIS+ Social strives to provide a quality service, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure or error-free. DIS+ Social declines all responsibility in the event of :
- Temporary interruption of services, in particular for maintenance or updates.
- Loss of data, technical breakdown, or security attack beyond its control.
- Inappropriate use of information and content published by users.
DIS+ Social is not responsible for transactions carried out on the marketplace between users. The parties themselves must ensure the legality and conformity of the products or services exchanged.
9. Specific marketplace features
9.1. Sale and purchase of products
DIS+ Social provides a marketplace where users can buy and sell products. Members of the DIS+ App professional network can post product ads, while non-professional users can only buy.
Sellers agree to :
- Accurately describe the products they offer, providing clear and comprehensive information.
- Comply with regulations governing the sale of goods, including consumer protection laws.
- Ensure delivery of products sold within agreed deadlines.
Buyers, for their part, must :
- Check the authenticity of products before making a purchase.
- Use the platform to communicate directly with sellers and ensure that all necessary information is exchanged before finalizing a transaction.
9.2. Wallets and payments
DIS+ Social integrates an e-wallet functionality that allows users to store and manage their money on the platform for transactions on the marketplace. The e-wallet can be fed by a variety of payment methods.
Users acknowledge that :
- DIS+ Social does not guarantee the validity of transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Any fraudulent use of the wallet will be reported and may result in sanctions, including account suspension.
- In the event of a dispute between the parties concerning a payment, DIS+ Social may mediate, but is not responsible for resolving disputes.
9.3 Transport and logistics
DIS+ Social also offers users the opportunity to apply as freight forwarders via the marketplace. Interested carriers can offer their services to deliver products purchased on the platform.
Carriers must ensure that :
- They comply with all regulations governing the transport of goods, particularly in terms of safety and legality.
- They provide precise information on delivery times and conditions.
- They take the necessary measures to avoid any damage or loss of transported products.
DIS+ Social is not responsible for damage to products during transport. Responsibility rests entirely with the carrier.
10. Suspension and termination of accounts
DIS+ Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account, with or without notice, in the following cases:
- Violation of the GCU by the user.
- Harmful behavior, in particular the publication of inappropriate or illegal content.
- Non-payment of service fees for premium features (if applicable).
- Use of the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Termination of the account will result in the removal of access to the platform's features, including content published by the user. DIS+ Social reserves the right to take legal action against any user in the event of a serious breach of the GCU.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by the laws of the country where DIS+ Social is based. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the platform, the competent courts will be those of DIS+ Social's registered office, unless otherwise provided by local law.
Users agree that any dispute relating to the use of DIS+ Social or the application of these GTC shall be settled by the competent court.
